September’s flying bugs?

 

Until the first frost hits, people are going to see a lot of wasps and don’t mistake them for bees. At this time of the year, they are going to become more of a nuisance, but from an ecological perspective, wasps and hornets actually also are good pollinators. They also attack some of the bad bugs in the landscape. Sanitation is the key to avoiding these flies hornets and wasps. Fruit flies are also common right now and there have been reports that the number of these insect have been increasing over the past three years.
