How Destructive Can Squirrels Be

Squirrels, those over-sized fuzzy tailed rats can be both dangerous and destructive in your house, garage or shed. Squirrels can jam themselves through a hole the size of a Oreo cookie. They have to relentlessly chew in order to grind down their constantly growing teeth so they will chew through: metal  and plastic pipes, electrical wires, soffits, fascia boards, siding, wood, metal and shingles. Putting your house at risk for water leaks or fires. Squirrels outside can damage trees, feeding on flower buds, bulbs, fruits and vegetables.
